I just found a iPhone 11 but it was found on a major road way in the street, cars were running it over.so the screen was smashed up really bad, wouldn’t turn on or take a charge. I opened the sim tray and never seen a sim card with a red check mark on it.never seen a carrier with red check on it.read it meant water damage.only way to find the owner now is to open the device and get the meid.but I live in Ohio and this phone is gone between being run over and rain damage
