I cannot go to the gym directly after watching a TRAIN video, I may seriously hurt myself. These videos seriously leave me feeling like going BEAST at the gym.

Please for the love of fuck don't use straps for cleans, when you bail the weight if you fail a rep you're going to rip your shoulders out of the socket. Never again just look at 4:20, you will get hurt doing this please stop.

Cleans are 100% legs and core and TIMING. If you use your arms or bend your elbows the power ends. All of the power comes from your hips and posterior chain in the first and second pull, then using triple extension to pull the bar into space, then your strength in the front squat as you catch the clean in the bottom using legs and core. Your timing comes in because the second you initiate the second pull, you want to pull your self under the bar (most people think you want to pull the bar as high as possible then fall under it, this is simply not true) and clamp your feet into the floor as you receive the bar in the bottom of the clean (the third pull). Drop speed is basically 1/3 of a clean and is what separates the novices from the elite lifters. Just think: the second you reach triple extension, drop and keep elbows high and knees wide, stay on those heels and drive out of the hole with every ounce of strength you have.

Yup I'm gonna be that guy right now...Kids remember risk vs reward( you think you're either invincible, sensible or a vagina)..Sometimes you gotta say f---- it and do it! Correct. However you can't take shit for granted by doing unneeded risky shit. Box jumps at that height are not a good move(especially loaded)..Its cool if you get away with it..But if you don't.. Not good fun
