Just listened to this D.P. album. Probably my favorite album of 2021, and my favorite D.P album since Perfect Strangers. These guys can play anything. Been a fan since 1969. But nothing comes close to the Jon Lord Ritchie Blackmore combination. All the songs are good, and The Battle of New Orleans is a nice surprise and fun to listen to. Caught in the act is brilliant.

The Battle Of New Orleans was made famous by Johnny Horton. Weird hearing Deep Purple do it.
