That’s the crazy thing, of all Manhattan’s ridiculous feats, he literally used 0.1% of his power. The guy can’t be bothered and has never once been challenged by anything

It’s simple. After Dr Manhattan fixed everything in the DCU, he gave his power to a little boy. In doing this, Manhattan shed his own body like a snake and sent himself back to the Watchmen universe. Don’t know how BWL got ahold of the body though.

Actually, if we're talking post 2015 secret wars molecule Man, he has the power of the entire race of the Beyonders, essentially the beyondverse (Just a handful of beyonders were able to take out all celestials, abstracts, and the LT). Molecule man can edit and reorder the building blocks of all creation, and transcends the entire eighth multiverse. But so does Manhattan. I just believe that since Owen became in possession of with the power of the entire race of Beyonders, it just puts him on a higher level to Manhattan.
