Thanks for the update Ty. I’m so glad you’re doing well. I actually am now in the boat you were in. My break up happened 6 months after yours. And I’ve been tryna navigate how to fully move on. It’s been 2 months and I’m definitely in a better place now and we’re friends again. But I guess a small part of me can’t stop thinking of her in that way and I just wanna be in your mindset of self love and enjoying being single again. Your video gives me hope that it does get better. But I guess it’s harder cause you never forget your first love. But thank you for your update, I think I will try journaling since you said it helped you process your feelings. Anyways I’m glad you’re out of that state of depression, I just snapped out of mine. It wasn’t a good place to be, but time will eventually heal my broken heart. And I hope to enjoy my single life again. How someone as charismatic and sweet as you existing at the same time as I and many others, you are loved and appreciated by the people who truly matter in your life. I'm in a similar situation of moving on to a different place without people that I need to leave behind, it's a process, but it is so rewarding to love yourself and to keep in good spirits <3

I feel like, play games it's the best way to distract your mind, forget the problems for a while and have fun, a little bit risky if you play games where people gone mad with you just for breathing😂 but, since you experienced some bad moments with people, the better way to just throw them under the bus, it's go to the virtual world, but never forgetting about your mental health too, sometimes we can go a little deep inside of this world, hope you can maintain your happiness and don't let them get under your skin, only us knows what we've been through
