If you hear carefully, for what it is worth, Mr Sibal is now beginning to sound (voice only) like the Pakistani president (2:02) and seems to be undergoing a vocal change. At 2:02 he states that "the people have now started suspecting the institution in a big way". It is impossible for him to know that and too early to reach such conclusion. In place of "the people" he should have used the words "the Congress"or "I". I agree that the objections to the nomination are petty. To have one of the best legal minds of India in the Raj Sabha can only be for the benefit of the Raj Sabha and indirectly for the benefit of the citizens.
