my giggy box is less than a year old and its already rusted inside. how can i get a replacement?

How do you replace a 7-way cable to the giggy box? Does the entire distribution box (Giggy) have to be replaced?

@ keystone my refrigerator works when great when I just use power from giggy box, but when Im connected to shore power it’s throws it into diagnostic mode. Can I leave giggy box on while shore power is on. Please help. Our dealer is

I have this on my 30bhs and the little red fuse for the solar keeps blowing all the time. We aren’t doing anything and it will just blow… so far not too impressed with the Giggy box as mine doesn’t seem to be working well.

I have 2 6v batteries, a battery disconnect and the giggy box. Giggy box has power when battery disconnect is off - is that by design or is camper connected incorrectly.

Our 2022 Springdale 1750RD doesn't have one.

Shut mine off for four hours turned it back on and the power tongue jack and slides wouldnt work. Batteries were completely dead, brand new unit from the dealer yesterday. And we have a solar package so i highly doubt it charges by solar or the truck when driving.
I would suggest you dont use interstate batteries in your systems, once the depelete once theyre junk.
