Retinizer skip tutorial for lance mechs

For lance mechs (teleporter lance or repeater mechs), this is a new optimization which saves 30 seconds on the mechs fight.

Since this trick is quite specific to do, I made this instructive guide to showcase how to do the trick properly and consistently.
