This is wonderful, it is mesmerizing, it is nostalgic, it is sad, it is peace, it is hope, it is aromas, it is perfumes, it is a forest, it is trees, it is warm, it is cold, it is the sea, it is the clouds, it is a sunrise, It's the sun, it's a boat, it's a sunset, it's the plants, it's a river, I dissolve in the music.

Thank you Mars Lasar.

its almost like I know this sound from another lifetime, or maybe its a sound that we all know that connects us Old Souls that have come to earth over and over again. its so beautiful, so esoteric, so profound. It reminds me of those who have passed on, to think of them, it opens the heart, it really does. love.

A little history from Mars about the creation of his MindScapes Music concept:
This piece of music "Satin Skies" was part of the first loops in the MindScapes collection. Created in 1985 on the Fairlight Music Computer. The idea was to create a music loop that filled the room with warmth and security by using specific harmonic structures, transforming the space for human focus and conversation enlightenment. Creating a seamless loop on any audio equipment at the time was impossible, I worked with Fairlight Instruments to create a music creation concept called a "Multitrack Sequencer" which allowed me to create music in the computer in multiple levels and loop the result for as long as I wanted. By pure coincidence the Mindscapes loop was first sold to the public on an audio cassette in the 90's at 30 minutes a side, later followed by a full CD for an hour experience, many Mindscapes cds were sold. I tested the loop in various situations where people gathered and it made a large difference to the type of conversation, and I noticed really helped to focus on study while playing softly. My infant daughter slept long and hard while the music loop sang in the background, keeping her in peaceful state. 30 years later the music concept continues to resonate with us.

Funny how so much of the time I feel emotionally dead. Then I hear music like this and I can feel all sorts of emotion. Music can be amazing. Almost like being on a drug.

How ironic, last night I painted a wooden truck with simular details and brush strokes with intentions of finishing it with a single tree. Then moments ago I shared the music you wrote and created with the beautiful voice ( you ? ) your Playlist continued and I saw the cover. Wow ! Almost identical with symbolism.
I'm new to your music but I'm old to your soul. Thanks long lost friend. You're gifted & I'm appreciative to your creations !

Heard this before on Pandora, not knowing what it was called, then yesterday randomly on another music service. Glad I know the name of it now. It's unique and timeless. Beautiful piece.

I think this very much connects us older souls. There is an intoxicating beauty mixed with tragedy and peace, love, growth and purity. Once
It grabs you your hooked.

When I really need a 'soul-soother' this is the one I come back to time, and time again. For me, it is like most have said, a 'calling' of sorts, calling to return, calling to go higher, or to go deeper. Mars Lasar is a musician of 'alien' genius... to me, his work is so amazing that it simply cannot have come from a mere Earthling! (I am a professional musician, composer, producer, and I've been at it for over 50 years!) It's amazing, this piece, because even though it is pretty well 'looped' for the duration, Lasar calls upon a very under-studied connection within the human soul that allows us to interpret each loop with our own dynamics; our perception changes, if even the slightest fraction, to hear each loop in a different way, and it actually SOUNDS different! Music talks directly to the soul in a language that needs no symbols or words. This man knows how to communicate with humans incredibly well! God has blessed us with Mars Lasar and his 'soul-speak.'
