Soyeon is truly admirable. In the competitive world of kpop she leads her girls thru all the prejudices, the misfortunes and the bad comments, while making sure that they stand out in the best way possible with their diversity, insane stage presence and charisma. People call her names, she is easily the most hated member and even say she doesn't care about her members but I as a neverland know that every single member would spit on these haters if they dared to say anything about their leader and that's fact enough to show how loved and admired she is by them. She empowers girls all around the world to pursue their dreams and to not give up as she never did. I have no doubt that she and (G)I-dle will leave their prints on the kpop world. (As for male idol leaders expect RM I think Nuest's leader deserves a spot I don't know him well but I kinda know his group story. He lead his group for years and they almost disbanded, then they had to act as traines again for produce to find success and even there everyone spoke about his leadership skills etc)

Soyeon is like the male version of Hanbin of IKON. They are the best Leaders in the industry. I know lots of you will disagree but my opinion will not change. I like other groups as well like Redvelvet, GFRIEND, EXO and Bts, and I know they have amazing Leaders. But Hanbin and Soyeon are just one of a kind and they remind me of CL and GD as leaders.

Soyeon is definitely the best leader of a K-POP girl group, but I’m not sure if she is the best in the whole industry. There’s a good amount of amazing leaders out their so I wouldn’t completely rule them out either. One thing is for sure though; Soyeon is definitely one of the best! There’s a lot of misconception about her and how she treats the members, with many believing that Soyeon is bossy or self-centered, but that’s been proven otherwise. I’m glad this video can hopefully clear up some of those misconceptions!

Soyeon, Seungcheol, Taeyong, Chan, Hanbin are the best leaders in my opinion.

Soyeon writes and produces for (g)i-dle, makes sure that every member shines, she received so much hate for the line distributions, but the effort she makes to bring out every members charm, she's so young it's insane how much of a genius she is. Also does the choreos with Soojin, she's a great leader and it really shows.

Seungcheol of seventeen, this dude has been leading 12 other guys for like almost 5 years now. He is undoubtedly an amazing leader, he went through so much just to make sure the other guys don't feel the pressure. He said the members are more important to him than the label, let's be real pledis entertainment is a bitch. Seungcheol attends every single meeting even if no one said him to attend, if he feels like something is wrong, he makes the other guys aware of the situation which is so thoughtful.

Taeyong of nct, another thoughtful leader. Leader of the kpop group with the most members. He leads 20 other guys and some of them are from different countries. Taeyong learned Japanese for Yuta, helps the members if they are having any trouble with their Korean. He even cried once thinking he isn't doing a good job and he needs to be stronger for the members who trust him so much.

Chan of stray kids. This guy is really mature, he's very sure of what he wants and what would be the best for his members. He even has this series of vlive episodes called Chan's room. I watched a YouTube compilation of all the thoughtful things he said on Channie room and immediately started to adore him. Mad respect, leading 8 other guys for sure isn't an easy thing.

Last but not least, Hanbin. He did so much for ikon, produced some of the absolute bops and yg did him so dirty. He's just great and so smart also He's innocent, hope to see him back with ikon.

Shit, I forgot Namjoon if bts. I am not even an army but I can never deny the fact that Namjoon is a great leader.
Also, Soobin. He seems to be very smart despite his age, txt just debuted a year ago, I am a Moa but I don't wanna make any comments on him when it comes to leadership for now. I'm sure he's a good leader tho.

Thank you so much for this. Soyeon is so underrated. And a lot of people dont know that she writes and produced all the title tracks and almost all (G) I-DLE'S songs as well and is involved in the creative process as well. This is such a rare phenomenon in a female girl group.
And may I add you have a really beautiful voice.

A lot of people said that she is the best FEMALE leader but i think she is just the best leader. I'm not stanning every group but i sta' many. One thing who really differentiates Soyeon from the other is that she is leader before even the debute of gidle. Because of her song gidle has been able to grow and success, thanks to her Shuhua has been accepted in the group when first they were supposed to be 5 and not 6. She always let the members express themselves, she always encourages the girls to speak more, be confident. A lot of people said she was too strict but she's just a leader who wants to be successful with her members. She is not selfish, self-centered or idk what people think about, she is maybe one of the most talented idol from the entire industry.
