INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. *If you don't have roasted pistachios on hand, you can easily roast them yourself. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the raw pistachios in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for about 10 min, or until they become fragrant and lightly golden.
2. Once your pistachios are roasted and cooled, add them to a food processor or high-speed blender. Pulse the pistachios until they start to break down and form a thick paste. You may need to scrape down the sides of the bowl occasionally.
3. Taste the pistachio butter and add a pinch of salt if desired. Blend again to incorporate the salt evenly.
4. Once your pistachio butter reaches the desired consistency and flavor, transfer it to a clean, airtight jar or container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 weeks.

Ways to Enjoy Pistachio Butter:
• Spread it on toast or bagels for a delicious breakfast.
• Use it as a dip for apple slices or carrot sticks.
• Add a dollop to your oatmeal or yogurt bowls for extra flavor.
• Use it as a filling for homemade pastries or desserts.
• Substitute it for peanut butter in your favorite recipes for a unique twist.

Which food processor did you use? Did you have to let the food processor rest during the 15-20 minutes to keep the motor from getting too hot? Thank you for your video.
