I love how no one's talking about the music anymore (though it's great of course) and instead we're all like yay it's Fingolfin and Morgoth! Gotta love the Tolkien fandom.

What a fantastic theme, how domineering is the hymns! I can listen to this 10, 000 times and it will not be enough satiate my hunger to listen once more! To my fellow listeners, I recommend you listen to this song while reading a novel or comic that involves blood shed, curiosity and obsession! Because as the title suggests this song 'Uprising' is truly uplifting to those desperate to obtain their obsessions!

The army of the Valar and the army of darkness alike watched in apprehension, as their champions stepped towards each other on the ruined field of battle. Uneasy mutterings plagued the ranks of the Valar as they saw Grond, the mighty sceptre of war, and they worried for their own champion Fingolfin, for they knew only one thing in all of Arda could wield such a weapon: and that thing was what towered like a monolith and whose name was Morgoth, once the greatest of the Valar, now the embodiment of all evil in creation.

I believe Fingolfin was the most powerful Noldorin elf to have ever walked in Arda and his power was without a doubt on par with the powers of a maiar, save for Sauron or Ungoliant of course. Fighting Morgoth, who was essentially an archangel or a demigod and wounding him to the point that he became a lame for the rest of his existence was certainly an incredible feat worthy of respect.
