Was the building condemed ???? Or sold to developers ??..I remember they wanted a million dollars for the tunnel under the RP side to get rid of the tressel The top of bridge wood on the Roselle side concrete on the RP side

If there are only two options - build an apartment building or leave empty Romerovski Corp. Building stand for the next 50 years. I will support a new apartment building. We do not need another gas station with convinient store.
