I am 69 yrs old. For a time I listened to "modern" Christian worship but became disillusioned as so much of it was more entertainment than worship, but I found this precious young woman recently and I have to say that her music lifts my Spirit and truly reminds me that we all need "time out" to worship. Beautiful to listen to and sing along with.

I know who has helped me, Jesus helped me.

I had a problem with alcohol, at the end I drank every day. I quit two and a half years ago, but since then I could never stop these intrusive obsessive thoughts about alcohol. They always start in the morning and last the whole day. I had no peace from them.

While praying for various problems of mine, in prayer I heard a reply "I will take what you give to me". I then asked what to give him, and heard a reply "give me your mind". I said I give you my mind. Then I felt as if I was sinking somewhere deep into my mind, I saw a vision of a dark figure sitting in the dark. He had a wretched mouth that was making ugly noises. Into the space appeared a mouth that was glistening in light. The mouth started to praise God, and at the same time my mouth started moving on its own praising God.

Those intrusive thoughts have stopped after that vision. Praise God!
