Season 2: Ep:16:It was a bomb, they cleared the room, but the girl later freaks & runs for it, Meredith put her hands on the bomb so it didnt go off. It later goes off in the hands of the bomb specialist trying to take it away. Meredith is in the hallway a few feet away. She survives, but is injured by explosion. Very dramatic scene. One of the best episodes I hv seen on GA
