This video popped up on my feed about 4 years ago and I searched for the chef. It led me to Chef Jean Pierre's YouTube channel. I have never stopped watching him since. He is the greatest chef I've ever seen. Not only is he an incredibly skilled chef, but he also does all of his videos in pretty much one-take, mistakes and all; unlike the other chefs who cut these things out, he shows you the mistakes that chefs make. He normalises cooking. He also explains why you are doing what you are doing and states the science behind it. On top of that, his charisma is incredible. Chef JP is a legend.
