The dog with broken foot is performing his duty to protect the young, no one is a burden in a team. Beautiful

The fact that 1 of them has a broken foot and still flourishes and has a place in the pack is amazing.

This video should be called "lion walks past dogs, nothing happens"

*Wild dogs vs Lioness*
(The lioness loses interest and leaves the spring)

3:30 so interesting how the pups know to follow the one with broken foot. These dogs have been at it for millions of years. They must have developed some sort of real good comprehension in communication and action with each other.

I find it interesting that in many cases where there is a lone member of another predator species, like the hyena, African Wild Dogs will gang up on it, harass and maybe try to kill it, but with a lioness they take an even more cautious and defensive position. I think it takes a deeper intelligence to know when to attack in these situations and when to draw back. It makes me wonder if they sense there is a pride behind the lioness and if they do anything to her, the consequences to their pack would be more dire.

I've always wondered where the fast forward sound effect came from...

Amazing footage, I never get tired of watching African wildlife.

The Lioness and the Painted Wolves meant no harm to each other, just the Lioness passing by.

Wow the fact that they love the dog with the broken foot and allow it to be the guard for the puppies it’s amazing.

Amazing, beautiful animals. All of them. But I can’t stop laughing at the cassette tape voices of the dogs 😂

High pitch yips and yaps. Then you get this deep voiced bark. Like where the hell did that come from? Lol

A felicidade do grupo todo em família é simplesmente fenomenal, incrível, incrível. Demonstram uma inteligência única em seu mundo selvagem. Fantásticos dogs.

I like how the Wild Dog bark sounds like "BRUH"

I wouldn't have guessed that the Wild Dogs had the highest strike rate on the continent, very impressive for a relatively small predator.
