CASEY O MEDICINE SHOW - 1930s S.S. STEWART GUITAR RESURRECTION

Resurrecting a time worn, but beautiful guitar from the 1930s. This highly arched full sized guitar features an unusual Lyre shaped soundhole. My inspiration was to build onto the classical style by creating a scrolled headstock of Lancaster PA. rock maple. It was salvaged from a leaf of my childhood dining room table. I faced the headstock with spalted wood from long long ago. The tuners are custom classical guitar style with Lyre shaped buttons that mirror the sound hole. A 6 month process from start to finish.
