Escaped Prisoner Danelo Cavalcante Captured After Manhunt

Escaped Pennsylvania prisoner Danelo Cavalcante was finally captured after a two-week manhunt. He was cornered on the 14th day of the search by Pennsylvania State Police and Border Patrol SWAT teams. Thirty-four cops in combat gear posed for a photo with Cavalcante. He was then marched to an armored police vehicle. Cavalcante's capture came after a night of nail-biting tension. All that time on the run and it took a police K-9 to bring him down. Never underestimate the value or dedication of these very brave and intelligent service dogs. I hope this dog receives some kind of accommodation for doing what no one has been able to do, capture this elusive criminal.

Most people couldn't last 14 days in wild with nothing but what this guy left prison with. Let alone if an army equipped with tracking dogs, helicopters, and thermal imaging is hunting you - not to mention the general public was looking for him too.
