My guide dog puppy was 8 weeks old when I got him and now he's 7 months!

I noticed every time I watch any kind a videos about guide dog, why aren't there many viewers or likes to the videos. I am really greatful that there are dog that we can trust to help those who are in needs. I am unable to hear well nor see. I find it very useful.

That puppy is an angel. No biting hands and so receptive.

There's a documentary about this, it's so interesting, but the training they go through is extremely impressive! They have to learn how to obey traffic lights, stop their owners if a car comes, etc.

Sadly, the majority of the puppies never make it to the actual guide dog stage. The tests are very strict and only the best are chosen. The ones that don't make it are either put into another working field, or sent for adoption. Some are also used for breeding more guide dogs.

I didn't realize that the dog is being matched to the human partner by its speed of walking or size. That's amazing that people can help others in such way.! I'm impressed and my heart is melting due to puppies :)
