No bull a lot of people don’t know this because they didn’t watch a lot of the videos from back then but Blake griffin after the 2016 olympics where he trained and got advice from melo became a monster and you could see the influence. He clearly went into the off-season and worked on what he learned with melo and became lowkey elite in the post and his shooting and confidence when shooting was nowhere near the same.I’m not giving all the props to Melo because he clearly worked hard to add those moves but it’s clear the influence from before to after .he went from taking 0.5 3s a game to 2 a game directly after the Olympic and the next season after that 6 3s a game with great spacing and form
