Any recommendations for MacOS Monterey? I've done everything as instructed, but when I check flirt version, it is returned with 'bad CPU in executable:flirt'. Also, miniconda is not installed at the end, so the post install set up always fails..

Hi. I'm installing fsl and I'm stuck here.

zsh: command not found: #tmux

should I set the environment variable? If so, how can I do that?

I am using a MacBook M2 with FSL installed, and it launches successfully. However, when I run the Brain Extraction Tool (BET), it works fine the first time. If I try to reuse the same command for another run, it fails with a segmentation fault error. I have ensured that the input files are valid, but the issue persists. Any advice on resolving this would be appreciated.

Hi! Thank you for the installing tutorial. I'm using Mac 10.15, and I couldn't open the FSL menu. I've checked the fsleyes, flirt -version, and echo $FSLDIR, and these commands were working fine. But whenever I typed fsl or bet_gui, it showed "DISPLAY is not set. Please set your DISPLAY environment variable!" Could you help me with this issue? Thank you!

hi guys! when I type password, there is an syntaxError : "missing parentheses in call to 'print'. Did you mean print(msg)?" what it means and how can I figure out this issue? thx in advance

Do you know how I can access FIRST in FSL? I am trying to run a "run_first_all" for some T1 images but have not been able to access FIRST. Our school uses an HPC that we submit jobs to so should I just put a module load FIRST command in my script?

For me it's stuck at 0% when it comes to this line: "Installing FSL into /Users/fsl..." No progress after half an hour has passed. I'm on Sonoma.

How do we enter the administrator password when prompted in the terminal during installation? All I can do is only press enter, none of the letters will work. Can someone help pls?

I typed
vi .zprofile
and added
export DISPLAY=localhost:0.0
but the problem still exists. how can i solve it?
