Ingredients
10 tbsp. Tarhana powder,
4 cup Hot water,
1/2 cup water to mix with Tarhana powder,
You can make soup plain only with Tarhana powder.
Or you can add the ingredients the one I added.
1 grated tomato,
1/2 tsp. Tomato paste
1/2 tsp. Pepper Paste
2 tbsp olive oil,
1 tsp, butter.
