Most of the people who wrote are repeaters or repeaters. They would have studied their old ncert book. No way, that they knew about the changes of text in both versions.
Also people of 12, were started to read 12th syllabus in the 3/4 of 11th grade... ( So that people will get good 12th board result and have extra time for neet revision) like I got my revision 1 before board and revision 2 and 3 after board. Therefore we all studied in our old books...
That is internal contradiction students are not responsible for their book text or syntax error...
We were taught to go by ncert even if it is wrong....

Old NCERT book is not 2019 as mentioned in court, it is the book which even last year (2023)student read. only this year the book is changed.

If anyone can file a petition for tomorrow case :
If they say that physics question should be marked according to the new NCERT then..
what about the questions that they were asked in the portion that is out of syllabus which is not present in the new NCERT itself then it means that if a question contains four option.
Then the question itself is not relevant to the syllabus then if I give any of any one of the option as right then they definitely should give the marks to the student right
