Here is a collection of all our Secret Santa surprises from our second week - Nov. 10-16 - plus a live with Nate Eaton showing you some behind-the-scenes magic.

I'm not a very sentimental person but I love these videos because:
1- the surprise is real, not staged. It can be a little awkward but Nate is GREAT at dealing with awkwardness.
2- The Secret Santa is truly anonymous. His generosity and humility are equal and using his wealth as he does should inspire us all.
3- The gifts are personal to the recipients and generous enough to be actually life-changing, not merely tokens or sentimental.
4- Nate Eaton is a treasure. He negotiates each interaction with sensitivity, kindness and respect. When he conveys the Secret Santa message of love and caring, my heart swells every time. 5- the people who receive SS surprises are SO lovely and grateful. So many of them think immediately of others whose need is greater than theirs and Nate always reminds them that the gift is for them.
6- It seems that SS and Nate and EIN and the people of Eastern Idaho never got the memo that says we're supposed to hate and fear immigrants. Whenever the recipient is an immigrant I am so so grateful to see that immigrant families are welcomed and supported in Eastern Idaho.
