In this video, I have explained type of light necessary in a study room. Basically there are number of lights Normal Light, LED Light, fluorescent light, incandescent light and all have a different functional working. But while reading in a study room LED Light should be avoided due to the reasons shown in this video.
Although there are a number of benefits of using a LED Light, but in study room it is necessary to use Normal Light.

You should simply use Warm LED bulbs. Saves money and is better than normal bulbs for eyes. Normal bulbs also produce blue light.
