Amazing place to stay.. we really enjoyed our stay at Villa Del Palmar!! Rooms, service, people, and last but not least Pina Colada and Mango tango from one of the restaurants. Can’t wait to visit again.

Thanks for the video. Very detailed. Strongly considering this resort. Seems to check all the boxes minus the entertainment aspect. Not looking for anything deep but it appears that it doesnt have any shows or anything engaging for kids.

The rooms are amazing, that’s the only best thing about this resort.

The food needs to be tweaked up a bit.

They should also come up with some night time festivities, by 9pm it’s so dead and the pools are closed so they only thing we can do is stay in our rooms eat and sleep.

The Spa was also lame, they pretty much just rubbed a whole bunch of lotion on us.

I love Mexico❤ but this resort not so much…

Me and my family liked the Villa del palmer on several summer until got disrespected by pool attendance, that man was the worst staff I have ever experienced 😮🤯 for me and rest of family Villa del palmer is a big No, I wish manager cares more for the costumer by keeping eye on their staff 😢😢

We were just there for a family vacation. The food was not good. The pool staff were nice. The resort is pretty but we were moved 3 times and the second room had a rug under both beds that were soaking wet. Lifting up, it was black. When complaining the staff behind the desks were nasty. We at at Zamia’s one night and out of the six of us - 5 meals were sent back. You would think the waiter or chef would come out to inquire? No. Very sad. I feel like my family/retirement vacation was totally ruined. We left mid week and went to another resort. The hotel did not refund anything g except for the excursions we booked and were leaving. Oh, btw - the tv excursion people left my son behind in the lobby, where they told them to meet, which I heard with my own ears. He is 6’7” and hard to miss. They left without him. Just a horrible experience.

such a frustrating place… Rooms are lovely and very upper-class & the hot tub is beautiful

however, they don't allow you to connect your phone up to the TV for the chrome cast, so no chance of any youtube or netflix, for a supposed 5 star resort this is just so frustrating & simply should be avaliable

also they take a "holding" fee for when you arrive & this is a whopping £400? how on earth can you charge someone that?
