Hey, I'm in the Twin Cities and very familiar with Sawatdee...awesome food! I didn't know they went mobile but maybe this is another sign that we're on the right track! We're currently doing our research and been on your website for a while, I checked out the 18ft options but now looking at the 16ft options since their a little more versatile, great to see another Minnesotan on your site.
