I didn't think I was Chelsea Wolfe fan. I didn't dislike the music, but I just listen to other things. I'm a KEXP session obsessive, so I saw this new show, put on my over-the-ears Bose, turned up the volume and pressed play. Holy hell! My god. I think this is one of the most powerful, cohesive sessions any band has ever done on a KEXP session. Wicked. Talk about iron fist in a velvet glove. This is Chelsea's pure velvet voice propelled by her balled-fist of a band. Hell yes. More, more, more, more please. I loved it. This is a sensational set. Intense. New fan here.

Chelsea Wolfe is my absolute favorite artist since the very first day I met her music. This album is so different from everything she has done so far but absolutely astounding! It is actually surprising to see her without a guitar, specially after Hiss Spun, that was such a heavy and amazing album. I love how she got extra creative with instagram filters and tarot decks, also lovely to know she got sober from alcohol, I got sober it's been 11 years and it's such a great decision! I can't wait for the upcoming album, seriously. It's so good to see Abbie hosting too, since she is clearly a Chelsea's fan and knows exactly what to ask, impeccable.

I've seen Chelsea Wolfe live something like 9 or 10 times now, and I swear she just keeps getting better and better. Her voice sounds absolutely incredible here, and Jess and Bryan really took things to a whole other level from the earlier days too. The whole band is ridiculously talented.

I just saw her live in munich and omg I have never experienced such perfection in concert. Her voice, her aura, her band, the lightning, the sound. Definetly one of the best concerts I have ever been to. I cried and had goosebumps everywhere. 🥺 And it was so emotional too, she would have played over 4 years ago in munich but that exact day the lockdown situation happened.
