this is the standard configuration of European business class. In Lufthansa its the same, but you pay 500 euro more than in Aegean

2020 right before Coronavirus i took Agean airlines and they lost my bag, and flights was always delayed. The treatment It was very bad. The plane It was in a very bad condition. Even the customer service on the phone when I was calling to report my lost bag. Made fun of me. Because I couldn't pronounce the name of the airline company well. Instead of actually looking into my lost luggage... It's cheap yes but for a reason.. It took them 14 days to return my bag and when it was returned, I was promised that I will receive it at home instead. I had to go to the airport... On top of that in my own airport, I had to wait three hours until they're presentative of that airline company came out from his office to give me the number where I will use it to search online forward the location of my baggage and where will I receive it
