Prep Time : 5 minutes
Cooking Time : 20-25 minutes
Serves : 4-5

Ingredients -

Seviyan : 100-120 grams
Sugar : 100 grams
Milk : 1 litre
Cashews : 20 grams
Almonds : 20 grams
Melon Seeds : 20 grams
Saffron : A pinch
Desi Ghee : 2 tsp
Kewra water : 1 tsp
Rose water : 1 tsp

Method :
In a pan, heat Ghee and roast nuts. In the same pan, slightly roast seviyan.
Add in the roasted nuts, mix well. Add milk and saffron. Allow it to boil.
Keep Stirring in intervals. Once the milk has boiled and reduced a bit, add sugar.
Keep Stirring after sugar, to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
Let the water evaporate.
Serve hot or cold. Garnish with some Pistachios.
