Besides having an Eureaka Oro this setups looking very familiar down to the ember mug. Can’t tell if I’m basic or if I’ve achieved espresso. Hard to complain about any of the equipment though lol.

I will probably in H1 2024 convert in Quebec my 8 years old Vape Shop in 50% vape 50% Coffee Shop and to make a long story short, i will be needing a dual boiler coffee machine with smart functions such as sleep mode so it doesn't stay 100% at full heat between customers as i will not be having that many as it will be just a "side business" but i would also need quick recover/wake-up performance so I was first thinking of something like the "Lelit Bianca v3" that i bought to my mom, much better PID than my R58, but would the Decent be a much better choice or would it be total overkill?

I'm mostly afraid of the serviceability as it something that can be repaired by most qualified technicians or they will all refuse to touch it and will refer you to Decent themselves which are in China where it cost 50000$ to ship anything from Canada 😬

All these electronics and you still need to add a scale? It seems could be programmed to stop at a certain weight.

Every time I’m tempted to maybe get a Decent, I listen to that awful noise and realize, nah…
