Regarding Entitled healthcare:  Unless yer a child, no need for 3 meals a day.  We can Eliminate 90% of health care issues, by staying with a healthy LIFE, don't smoke, GET EXERCISE EVERY DAY, Eat more veggies, take a walk, take a longer walk.. . and then a long walk EVERY DAY!  Twice a day!  Or ride a bicycle, instead of getting in a car every time you need a cigarette?  (then you won't want to smoke!)  Forego that "Brazilian beef" Big Mac, and eat a US grown carrot.. . and wait till dinner to eat a salad instead of a Sloppy Joe!      I can't  stand walking past a healthcare center, and seeing people 100 pounds over weight, smoking outside, waiting to see the doctor, and wondering whats wrong.    Who are the crazy ones? 
If YOU have a healthy way of life.. . you don't need a doctor every step of the way.
