Yoy missed the main points. For example, in illumination it was seen that worker's productivity increased when they were being noticed around supervisors while the experiment was on going but it diminished again when they were not noticed by their bosses. This was the main point in the 2023 June exam. This phenomenon is called the hawthorne effect. Two questions were asked only on what I wrote here.
