I have Submitted form 109 in February 2019, Not yet received approval from ICAI So far.
No Streamline Process, they are simply delaying the process

Sir how to change old to new course for intermediate, on SSP there is no information regarding this, & hence e- services portal is same as SSP, a old video in which u describes procedure to convert the course, perhaps not workable now
