Well I can say first hand that this is yet another genius creation from my man Brad over at @chilesandsmoke !
It’s the perfect hybrid food that is very much toddler approved!
I swapped out the candied jalapeños for bacon, because he is still working on his spice tolerance 😂
I used the @slotdogdotcom to get the hot dogs ready for the griddle! Then I fired up the @recteq_official SmokeStone and Just cook on medium low until your desired level of char/doneness!
For the seasoned cheese, I used @dudesgourmet Honey Chipotle seasoning, and that was an amazing choice in my opinion! Perfect balance of sweet and spicy! I used a blend of Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese!
These are 100% going to be on the menu again, and can’t wait to make some other variations of it!
