Thank you for this video. I watched it last night and today I came it at around the 11:40-11:45 time and was looking to trade. The trend was completely one direction going down and I almost jumped into a trade on the trend, but remembered this video and decided to watch as the 12:00 time frame came in and the down trend started fading and it turned into a reversal. This saved me from jumping into a trade that I would have surely gotten stopped out on - unfortunately I didn't play the reversal today 2/23/23 (would have been a really good one), but I did watch it and it was a great learning opportunity. I'm just starting to dive into your content and like what I have seen so far. Thank you.

Found this at the right time. As I went from practicing trading full time in my 3 week break inbetween jobs to being employed full time again. It is really difficult to trade now as there is no liquidity when I am off from work.

Im a contractor, good info. I basically plan at night and have a thought process. If I'm just trading the market I generally wait for a big move up or down and just take the opposite trade. Many times it works or I break even or a small loss. If I can't watch I place my stop and once I'm up a bit I wont take a loss. Very frustrating almost every day but thats why I like it. You won't go broke taking small wins and sometimes thats what you must do. No matter what you always want more. Must think like a robot

I work full time and lost more than I made for a almost 2 years. The turning point came when I started trading SPX Options almost 100% of the time. I ❤ SPX.
And also my favorite strategy is to try and catch a 10 o’clock reversal (usually between 10 and 10:30) and then try to hold for a gap fill. This seems to be what happens for my biggest wins.

Right on, true, lunch is for reversals or trend retesting. Tesla loves doing this. It bounces at lunch while the Nasdaq and the SPY consolidate. Great videos.
