Multi-room audio setup w/ Mopidy, Pulseaudio & Snapcast

This system uses Mopidy to play audio (Spotify), passes it through pulseaudio to a file sink where it's read from snapcast and broadcasted out to various clients running on raspberry pis. I'm also using Docker to control everything and the frontend it react/redux.

This is really cool. I like the simplicity of the app, and the fact that it's web-based. I feel like there is a huge need right now for more people to post examples of how they are using/creating open source alternatives to Sonos, etc.

Very impressive project! Question: how is the sync latency with snapcast between zones? if 2 zones are in the same room, is there an audible sync lag? I am thinking of putting both zones in the same room, with left channel on the "left" zone and right channel on the "right" zone to get a cable free stereo ... like homebrew stereo pairing

Hi, this is so cool. I would like to see a guide to set this up if you are willing to, I cannot make my pi playing any audio from mopidy that installed on OSMC, let alone multi room audio.
