I know for sure that autism can present differently in girls. Lynden is really good at masking her autism. She tries her best not to mask now and I’m proud of her for that. She was also delayed in gross motor skills but very advanced in speech. She started talking around 8 months old but didn’t walk until 18 months. When Lynden was in kindergarten the school social worker called me and convinced me that she wasn’t on the spectrum and said that it is very rare for girls to have it. Since Lynden has lower support needs she can very well pass off as a neurotypical with a few quirks and maybe that’s why the social worker ignored the fact that she’s autistic. The social worker said that she only had selective mutism which I believe she also has but she’s for sure on the spectrum. I feel like the knowledge on autistic girls is getting a lot better than it used to be. Thanks for sharing this!! Have a great day!!

I have been watching the show since the beginning and katy mixon was why i started and i felt in love with all the characters💙, but yes i do miss three of my favorites anna kat, Doris and Angela and i also hope taylor and trip don't break up but instead grow together and became wordly travellers and more intellectual and cultivated.
Ps: the 100th was so funny and interesting, here's to a 100more . 💖

This show ended when Anna Kat left I feel. Then when Doris and Angela left it just stopped being funny.

I just realized this show isn’t coming back. 😡 Why are all the good shows ending?? 😭 Damn ABC… Really hope people look at views on streaming services too and not just cable, not everyone has cable, anymore! Just saying..
