When you restore, you need to format cache, data and system first before restoring right?

So when you back up the ROM into your internal storage, it will be there always? even after wipe and factory reset?

I installed the other day, and it overwrote my CWM Recovery, cuz that comes with TWRP Recovery ( which I hate, sorry to say)...I've been using ClockWorkMOd since 2010, and I just love that.
I tried to flash the CWM Recovery, withing the TWRP recovery, but it still reboots into TWRP's Recovery, instead of CWM.
ON the 4 minute mark, you addressed this exact issue, saying that recovery has it's onw partition, so I would like to ask you, how do i flash CWM?

Just saw this video, I just rooted my S3, And loaded CMW Recovery which works fine.I already backed up the stock rom to internal, plus a copy to sd card.My question Sir is before I flash new rom on my S3 you have to delete all data/cache Will that delete my CWM recovery of my rom incase I need to revert back?
