2014 Cadillac CTS Road Test Review by Blog of Speed

I picked up the brand new 2014 Cadillac CTS 2.0t for the week after the Miami Auto Show. It made sense looking back on it. The new CTS really is a showcase for the Cadillac brand. Aside from being the best looking CTS yet, it's also one of the best built cars I've driven in a long time. GM has really upped their game and this car shows it. The CTS 2.0t did 0-60 in a respectable 8.01 seconds while getting around 30mpg on the highway. This is the lowest horsepower CTS you can buy at 272hp. There is a 321hp 3.6 variant as well as a 410hp twin turbo v6 model. The chassis is rigid, suspension sporty yet comfortable, and the car is more than fast enough for most situations. Other than the not-perfect CUE system with its all capacitive buttons, this car is amazingly impressive and in the top of it's class all around, besting some of it's european counterparts. I can't wait to review a CTS-V and CTS V-Sport! If this is any indication, they'll be even better. Enjoy driving!

I don't understand how people hate on cue because it has know buttons. But most or if not all smart phones that we love and use more than anything in the world has none 😒

Next time let us see the car...I love CUE but i think the issue is generational with it as I have no problem using it, voice commands, or steering controls.

Too bad no more v8 supercharged v model. CAFE has killed that in most all manufactures now. V8 is being fazed out.
