EXCELLENT LIST! BEST LIST I'VE SEEN. My opinion, remove the ballads from the list and do a top 25 metal ballads. Replace these ballads with some Dokken ("In My Dreams"), Aerosmith ("Love in an Elevator"), or Great White ("Once Bitten") perhaps.
