The lyrics is so meaningful. I am a surviver of narcissitic abuse. I am working on my recovery in a daily basis, and I am feeling better now. Breaking Benjamin lyrics are so real, as if it is describing my story.I have problem with my breathing due to sorrow, and my heart used to ache so much that I wanted to take it out. I feel so connected, and I wish u all blessings and mental health👊🖐️
