If I’m found a product online to sell on amz, how do I get the barcode ( UPC, ASIN etc, in the product main page ) to verify it on amz seller page ?

Hi Is FBM risky for new account? I did FBM on my clients account. We used all shipping purchased through seller central.. All orders dispatched from UPS/USPS near his house. One damaged product refund we got. In one month account got deactivated. I am unable to figure out the reason..
