To the people complaining about the rng of this grind i would like to remind you:

1. The alternative to this in other gacha games is to either get off the game or spend more stamina.

2. It is completely optional for you to do as well as F2P friendly.

3. No other gacha game is giving you "shiny pokemon" to farm who also have unique abilities integrated into the combat experience.

4. a chance to farm endgame gear for free outside of stamina is better than no chance at all.

Complaining about this is pure stupidity from this perspective.

For correction, boss echoes don't cost stamina. You don't need stamina at all to collect _any_ echo. It's just for tacet fields, if you don't want to look for them around the map.

5:21 no you can farm the boss echoes as well without spending stamina. The only thing that requires stamina in tacet fields are levelling resources and other mics items but that's entirely optional to get. Bosses are free to be farmed.

This is great news. Back when I started Genshin and believed the game would evolve over time, I would suggest open world features like this. Also random world bosses/events that drop gear and important materials.

It looks like WuWa is putting some time in making the open world sustainable and alive.

I actually love this system instead of just repeating domains over and over this is unique and exciting also better than spending 5 minutes to finish stamina on domains then log out lol

that is such a good system for casual players that only want to explore the map and have fun and for sweaty harcore tryhard players that like to grind everything, such a good middle ground

The way to obtain echoes is definitely cool, but the leveling system is very scuffed.

Echoes cannot be used as fodder for other echoes, the only way to level up an echo is with the dedicated Echo EXP Material.

You can kill hundreds of enemies until you get the perfect main stat + set type, but you still have to level the echo with exp material, then use tuning material to randomly roll for sub stats.
Both the exp material and tuning material need to be farmed for with stamina. Tuning mats use 60 stamina, exp mats use 40 stamina.

Getting the right main stat will be easy+free, getting the right substats will devour your stamina and make you suffer.

Holy shit it already be clapping GI. Dont need a genshin killer, but a more friendly approach so ppl like me working their 50 a week can have a good time w some action.

One of the things that made quit genshin was that after certain point i had a constant "what's the point" kind of feeling, on farming basic mobs, exploring etc. in this game there's a point on going around the map committing mas genocide

Boss echoes are grindable you only need stamina for the reward like union exp character upgrade materials etc.

This is a great they let all people be time efficient wih the for all sweaty games u can just INFINITELY GRIND to ur hearts content under the restriction that u get less rewards

That is such a good system to balance a casual and the dedicated sweaty gamers

I swear this game will really encourages you to explore the map, and getting a 100% exploration rate will be a cakewalk like literally. The fact that the grind is actually not timegated/energy gated compared to the other gacha games. One cons that I'm seeing though is the wider variety of builds though. The effort to create a new set would be very hard imo, since you'll have to make a new set of farmable enemies in the overworld, models and shits and that, etc. BUT, seeing how passionate the Kuro devs are to this game, I think they could achieve the impossible, who knows.

Overall, the Echo system (Relic System) is a very good take considering it has the open world type genre, replayability? 100/10 Grind? 10/10 timegated? It really depends on your mentallity, you can grind for at least 3 or 5 hours or so, or you're a crazy bastard that will do a day nonstop grinding, it's up to you. Can you further expand new upcoming sets? I doubt, but it's possible, it depends to their efforts.

Very much Thanks for the vid. Nobody talking about it much since the game doesn't really go deep in explaining the "relic" part of it. Most, like me, thought it was just an add-on for 3 new "moves" for combat and have active skills. This is probably the best "this changes everything" vid on WW I have ever seen.
