Additional privacy measures are recommended such as timing.
Tornado cash doesn't provide a full guarantee that the withdrawing wallet will not be traced back to the original depositing wallet .

Another issue with Tornado is there are many eyes on the withdrawing side, meaning any wallet that receives funds from Tornado is a marked wallet.
Even if you can't attach a specific deposit to a withdrawal, a withdrawing wallet may still be marked for even getting funds out of Tornado.
