We saw him in the airport one time. Our quite young kids shyly approached him for an autograph. He did his best wrestlers snarl asking them what they wanted in a way that had them laughing uncontrollably. They got his autograph and a memory they'll never forget. He is truly enormous and enormously friendly and engaging. Great guy.

I didn’t realize Tom Selleck was 6’4, until I saw him sitting next to BigShow.

I'm impressed ! Not only huge and apparently a very strong guy but extremely witty too.

Seeing a bouncer as big as Big Show eating a cookie on the job has to be the most hilarious thing ever 😂

I flew the big show from Calgary->Penticton-> Seattle for the road to Wrestlemania 2015, the dude was so wholesome, didn't hesitate to say hi in the lobby of the hotel, asked what I was doing that day. He was actually excited to hear if I saw his match, sadly I had to prep the jet and left just before his match. super nice guy.

I was a bouncer in Georgetown back in the 1980’s. One night a drunk patron thought that I was a pro wrestler named the Big Boss Man (I had never heard of Big Boss Man). As the night went on, he wouldn’t give it up. He wanted to challenge the Big Boss Man. So as I’m walking past his table, he jumps out of his chair and jumps on my back from behind. He throws a naked choke on me and will not go. Well, this was not my first rodeo. I knew he had me in a compromised position and I had maybe a minute or two before this might end badly. There was a parking meter directly outside the front door of the bar that we called “The Bouncer”. I carried the guy to the front door, turned around backwards and ran him full speed in to The Bouncer. Sure enough, he bounced off the meter and hit the ground. When I turned around to look at him laying on the pavement, I saw his pant leg was slightly rolled up and that he had a prosthetic leg.
The guy ended up suing the bar. Rather than fight it, the bar agreed to terminate my employment. I immediately got another job three doors down with more pay and far fewer fights. So thanks, prosthetic leg guy!

This was one of the funniest Conan episodes ever. I remember laughing my ass off while watching this, especially the segment with Sue Johanson.

I love how comical and quick witted Paul is. Even back in the day he was lightning fast with the humor. Such an underrated comedian and actor. I wish he did more than wrestling, like stand up or directing/writing.

Got to shake his hand once. It's literally like putting your hand into a baseball mit. Always the consummate gentleman.

6’4”, 6’6”, 7” ! Three tall boys on the same show. Hard to believe Tom Selleck as the short guy on stage.

I actually worked security at a place called the gold club in Jacksonville Fl (strip club) and there was a guy named Ryan that people sometimes called big show, he was about 6’6 380+, he could open hand slap grownup men unconscious, but he had a heart of gold. He passed away two years ago on his bike at night by himself. Miss you Yeti❤ this gentleman always reminds me of him.

It is funny how Big Show spoke about how he doesn't like it when old people discuss sex, considering that the next segment going to be exactly that, and it is one of the most memorable segments of the Late night show.
