I worked in construction all my life since I was 12 years old one thing that they teach us is when you have a wheelbarrow full of concrete let Your Arms drop when you carry it because it feels as if you're not carrying weight at all therefore you can carry and haul wheelbarrows all day full of concrete once you give your arms tension you Tire yourself out therefore when you lift without giving your arms tension you can lift anything in which you can stand up with ... I don't expect people to understand this but those who have experienced what I have will understand
