They gonna buy more new subway cars like the R211 & R262 and new city buses like the XDE40, XDE60, Novabus LFS HEV, Novabus LFSA HEV, XE40 #101-#184, new Prevost X3-45 and they gonna buy the struggling Westchester Bee-Line City Bus in Westchester, whose ridership are on the decline for the past 10, 000 years, but NICE bus and Suffolk Transit stays put on Long Island
