I know I was saved at a young age but I went out and did what I wanted anyways but I was never ok with it. I would have heavy guilt. So I know I was saved. The holy spirit was always working on me. Took a while on some thing's but He never gave up on me. Id be worried now if I looked back and didn't have that immediate guilt. Honestly I don't know how I continued to live in sin. I would tell ppl all the time I had Catholic guilt. I couldn't do anything without feeling convicted the next day and sometimes at the time. All that to say, if you are going contrary to your nature you should feel the clash. In this case I was clashing with my new nature. It took over 20 years for me to fully understand this

You can’t say just do it!some people have had horrible trauma and need a touch from HolySpirit! I love your teachings and they have been used to open the scriptures to me, but your wrong thinking all people need to do is believe, some people need there soul healed from all they have exposed themselves to! You have had a sheltered life, and can’t relate.
